Christmas Holidays

This is to let you know that the Flight school will be closed for the Christmas holidays, starting from December 24, 2023. During this period, there will be no operations or classes.

Closure Dates:

  • Start: December 24, 2023
  • Resume: January 2, 2024

We look forward to resuming our operations on January 2nd , 2024.

Aeromedical Examination Centre Info

The approved Αero medical centers for examination Class1 and Class 2 in Greece are the following:

ATHENS AERO MEDICAL CENTER : exams time from 07:30-09:00am the latest every Tuesday and Thursday for Class 1. Every day for Class 2.

Please note that the cost of the examinations change case by case, so please for financial issues call the concrete centre. Therefore, kindly carry with you extra cash.

 

 

International Student ID card (ISIC)

The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) is the only identity that proves the official student status for  collegeS and universities students and is recognized throughout the world.The ISIC card provides over 42.000 benefits in Greece, Europe and throughout the world, with discounts in museum tickets, events, theaters and cinemas, bars, restaurants, clothing and sport stores, hotels, camping places, buses, trains, ships, planes etc.The ISIC card is valid for 16 months – From September 1st, until December 31st of the next year. The annual subscription is 15 Euro.

  • Stay at home if you feel sick.
  • Keep the minimum distance which is 1.5m between colleagues and/or instructors.
  • Comply with recommended hygiene practices.
  • Wash your hands.
  • Wear your mask if crowded.
  • Cover your cough with your elbow.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
  • Avoid handshakes and greeting hugs.
  • Minimize the use of shared objects.
  • Take your break in a controlled manner and avoid group gatherings

Online Facilities reporting system

Dear student,

We are pleased to introduce a new online portal for the submission of any damage or maintenance issue related to your accommodation.

From now on you are kindly requested to submit any facility damage or maintenance issue via the following link:

Online Internal Safety and Non-Conformance Report System

Egnatia Aviation for the purpose of creating an efficient, quick, confidential and secure reporting system has purchased and utilizes an online MRS system. Internal Safety Reports and Non-Conformance Reports have been replaced by the online forms. Users may have access to the system easily via using QR code signs that are placed all over Egnatia Aviation facilities.                                              

In case users electronic devices’ are not able to scan the QR code, an URL web addresses might be used:

The online format of both forms is simple and it is easy for the user to complete the necessary filed and submit the form. The receiver of the form remains the Safety Manager and the Compliance Monitoring Director respectively.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Internal Safety Reports do not substitute the Mandatory Occurrence Reporting to the authority. Occurrence Reports are compulsory and NOT voluntary and the identity of the reporter should be stated (OM, Part A, Ch 17.4). Internal Safety Report should always accompany an official Occurrence Report. Please be so kind to request the official Occurrence Report Form from Reception or FOPs (print copy). When completed, submit the form to your FI or FOPs.
